About this notice
SFL Investment Properties LLC (SFL) operates this website. This notice describes the inquiry form and services currently used.
Information you provide
The inquiry form requests the property address, your name, phone number, email address, preferred closing timeline, and any optional property details you provide. Please do not include Social Security numbers, bank information, or sensitive documents.
How we use an inquiry
We use the information to review the property, prepare an offer, follow up about your inquiry, and maintain related business records. Sending an inquiry does not generate an automated valuation, approve a purchase offer, or complete a property sale.
Hosting and spam protection
Cloudflare Pages and Workers host the website and process the inquiry form. D1 stores intake records, and Turnstile helps prevent spam. The website intake record is encrypted in a US-jurisdiction D1 database. This does not mean every provider processes information only in the United States. The backend processes an IP address for spam checks and stores a keyed hash for rate limiting rather than the plain IP in its intake database. Cloudflare may process security and network information under its own policies.
CRM, email, and internal text alerts
When delivery is enabled, Close receives the inquiry details for business follow-up. Internal email alerts use Close and the connected Google Workspace account. Owner text alerts are sent through Close and its communications providers. Alerts contain an inquiry reference, deadline, and a secure CRM link when available, rather than the full seller contact and property details. The inquiry form does not enroll you in SMS marketing.
Browser storage and tracking
The site keeps the property address and an opaque request key in this browser tab to support navigation, duplicate protection, and receipt recovery. Contact fields remain in the current form while you move between steps and can clear on reload; they are not intentionally saved in browser storage. Cloudflare Access uses sign-in cookies to restrict the staging site. Fonts and imagery load from the site itself. The site currently includes no advertising pixels or optional analytics.
Security, backups, and access
Access to intake records and delivery controls is restricted through service credentials. Intake payloads and recovery reasons are encrypted. Restricted backups may contain encrypted inquiries and delivery records. Close and Google Workspace maintain their own records and security controls. No website or communications service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and information requests
We review inactive inquiries annually and remove information no longer needed. We retain transaction and legal records as required. This is a manual review process, not automatic deletion on a fixed date. To ask about information we hold, request a correction, or ask for deletion, email slater@sflinvestmentproperties.com. Requests require review, including any transaction, legal, security, or recordkeeping requirements. We consider copies in website storage, Close, email, and backups when handling requests; deleting a record from one system does not by itself remove copies elsewhere.
